LAKE COTTAGE RENTAL RATES
The cottage is available on a
weekly basis year-round. Our week begins at 3 PM on Saturday and
ends on the following Saturday at 10 AM. These times are
negotiable depending on availability.

Cottage Rent
The rent for the cottage
is $700 a week.

| PAYMENT POLICY |
|
There is a $200 nonrefundable deposit to hold the cottage. There is also a $200 security deposit which
will be returned to you within two weeks if there are no damages or
house cleaning charges involved.
The holding deposit is due now and
the security deposit and final $500 payment due 30 days before the
rental date.
Key and
directions will be sent with receipt. |
